The Appin Sports Club Shop makes ordering your custom kit easy. You, your club, or team members - or supporters - can order what they want when they want, and have it delivered directly to their door.

Setting Up a Club Shop

How do we open a club shop?

If you have ordered team or club kit from Appin in the past or wish to place your initial order with us now, get in touch to discuss your club shop requirements.

What is the setup cost for a club shop?

It’s completely free. There’s no set up charge, no maintenance charge and no hidden costs.

Can we restrict access to our club shop to club / team members only?

Yes, we can set up a shared passcode for your shop so only you and the people you share it with can access your shop.

Can you invoice our team/club admin for our club shop orders?

Coming soon! We are developing an option for clubs to be invoiced for their orders rather than paying up front.


Product and Personalisation

How can I add personalisation to my products?

You can add names, numbers and other personalisation, where available, during checkout.

The personalisation options available vary depending on the product.

What size should I order?

Make sure to check our size charts to find the correct garment sizes for you. Please check this information carefully as it cannot be amended after your order has been submitted.

Where can I find more detailed product information?

Our main website has more detailed information on product fabrics & features for all our running, cycling & football garments. This information will be identical for the team specific products in our club shops.


Refunds and Returns

Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?

Everything we do is made to order and so can’t be exchanged. Please check the size chart carefully to ensure you get the right size.

Can I get a refund?

All Club Shop and/ or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or are not as ordered. We recommend checking the size chart and your customisation requirements carefully before placing your order.

In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges until we have received the faulty item for inspection.


Delivery and Payment

How do club shop/top up orders work?

For repeat orders through our club shops or top ups, we batch your smaller orders to send with other clubs' placed orders to send to our UK office then onto your address. As this depends on other people's orders, the delivery times we provide are estimates; we will update when your orders are ready to dispatch.

What’s the delivery time?

We aim to deliver to the UK within 4-6 weeks from placement of your order. Overseas deliveries may take longer depending on your location.

All Club Shop orders are processed on a fortnightly basis, with the deadline date for the next order shown at the top of your Club Shop page, together with the estimated delivery date.

You’ll receive an delivery update email from us once your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we can deliver to most countries. Delivery charges are detailed below.

At present we are unable to deliver to the following countries and territories:

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are confirmed at the order checkout stage.

Up to 1kg ( typically up to 5 tops, 2 hoodies or 1 tracksuit): £7.80 inc VAT
Over 1kg: £11.99 inc VAT

EU
Up to 1kg: £16.50 inc VAT
Over 1kg: £19.99 inc VAT

Rest of World
Up to 1kg: £26.50 inc VAT
Over 1kg: £39.98 inc VAT

Payment options

We accept most UK debit & credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners & Discovery, and payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All club shop payments are securely processed through Stripe.


Troubleshooting

I can't find the garment I want to order in my team's club shop?

Get in touch with your team or club admins – who have decided which products should be available through the club shop – if you can't find the product you need.

If you are looking to place a larger team order, get in touch with us directly and we can process your order independent of the club shop product range.
